Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage prior experience in cross-border e-commerce or international trade sectors to develop and manage relevant B2B client relationships.
2. Engage with clients to understand their business operational needs, including order flow, settlements, and international business coordination.
3. Drive profitable growth while aligning with broader regional and global commercial strategies.
4. Support clients in connecting with the business’s service solutions and facilitate onboarding and operational integration.
5. Follow up on client usage, provide necessary support and coordination, and strengthen long-term cooperation stability.
6. Maintain client relationships, identify practical needs in their cross-border business, and drive sustainable partnership growth.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B cross-border e-commerce or international trade–related roles.
2. Existing exposure to merchant networks or business client resources is preferred.
3. Familiarity with cross-border payments, settlement flows, or international trade operations is preferred.
4. Strong communication, relationship management, and client servicing skills.
5. Experience in business development, client acquisition, or conversion is an advantage.
6. Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
1. Existing resources within multiple marketplaces (Amazon + regional platforms preferred) , independent e-commerce (DTC), or export-oriented businesses.
Familiarity with common cross-border payment tools and operational processes.
2. Experience in channel development & or partnership expansion.
3. Solid understanding of end-to-end cross-border business workflows.
