Crewing Executive

• To coordinate between various local agents for logistics of crew change i.e. travel arrangements.
• To communicate with ship Masters and arrange Cash to Master.
• To process invoices from suppliers and manning agencies in Danaos.
• To check, monitor, and update crew’s documents and certificates in Danaos software.
• To monitor onboard crew’s contract expiry dates and initiate crew change plan.
• To upload crew’s signed SEA & POEA Contracts in Danaos.
• 100% Work from home with your own work station and computer.
• To keep close contact with Team leader for work progress and tasks completion.
• Singapore based office (Apex Ship Management Pte Ltd)

USD350 + USD50 (Internet & Communication Allowance)
