Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, client-facing Credit Repair Specialist who will manage the end-to-end credit repair process, ensuring top-tier results and excellent communication with clients. The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of credit repair laws and dispute strategies, including CFPB, BBB, Metro 2, and Consumer Law. Strong English communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on their progress.
Credit Report Analysis: Review and analyze credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion to identify negative items.
Dispute Resolution: Craft and submit effective dispute letters using Metro 2 and Consumer Law strategies to challenge inaccurate items.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all disputes align with CFPB, BBB, FDCPA, FCRA, and Consumer Protection Laws.
Complaint Filing: File complaints with CFPB, BBB, and Attorney General offices when necessary.
Follow-Up & Communication: Maintain regular follow-ups with credit bureaus, creditors, and clients.
Client Education: Provide guidance on how to improve and maintain a strong credit profile.
Report Updates: Provide weekly/monthly updates to clients on their dispute progress.
Documentation & CRM: Maintain records using Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, or similar platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:

? Deep knowledge of CFPB, BBB, FCRA, FDCPA, Metro 2 Compliance, and Consumer Law
? Proven track record of getting results for clients
? Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
? Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage expectations
? Skilled in CRM software (Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeFox, GoHighLevel, etc.)
? Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
? Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points for):

???? Experience in disputing bankruptcies, charge-offs, collections, repossessions, and student loans
???? Experience working with a U.S.-based credit repair company
???? Familiarity with GoHighLevel for automations and client management
