Credit repair specialist

Are you an experienced credit repair professional seeking a full-time, long-term opportunity? We are looking for a skilled Virtual Credit Repair Specialist to join our team immediately. If you have a deep understanding of credit laws, dispute processes, and client management software, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze credit reports for inaccuracies and negative items.
• Process disputes with credit bureaus using Client Dispute Manager.
• Upload disputes and mail letters via Postlocity.
• Monitor credit progress by logging into credit monitoring platforms ( IdentityIQ, Smart Credit, MyScoreIQ).
• Respond to client inquiries through the portal and email.
• Utilize RingCentral for communication.
• Ensure compliance with CFPB, FTC, and credit laws.
• Manage at least 15 or more client files per day.

Requirements:
• MUST have prior credit repair experience (Do not apply if you lack credit knowledge).
• Proficiency in Client Dispute Manager, RingCentral, and Postlocity.
• Strong understanding of credit bureaus, credit laws, and dispute strategies.
• Experience with credit monitoring platforms (e.g., IdentityIQ, Smart Credit, MyScoreIQ).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ready to start immediately.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
• Familiarity with credit scoring models and how different accounts impact scores.
• Experience explaining credit reports and scores to clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling complex disputes.
