JOB OVERVIEW

**This is a potential full time position as we expand with increased pay**

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN DISPUTING

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Customer Service, Marketing, & Advanced Dispute Specialist. This position involves managing client credit disputes, creating engaging marketing content, and responding to customer inquiries all while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. If you thrive in a structured yet flexible work environment and love connecting with people, this role is for you!

Schedules

Work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Choose any 5 hours daily between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Dispute Management:
Handle advanced credit disputes using DisputeFox software.
Respond to creditor letters and ensure disputes align with FTC, CFPB, and BBB standards.
Maintain and update detailed spreadsheets to track progress, schedules, and client communication.
Marketing & Social Media:
Create visually appealing flyers and marketing materials to promote services.
Post engaging content regularly on the company’s Facebook business page.

Respond to inquiries and potential client messages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

Customer Service & Reporting:

Communicate with the customer service team daily to provide updates on completed disputes and uploaded letters.
Offer top-tier support by answering questions, providing solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Compliance & Industry Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on credit repair compliance, including FTC regulations, CFPB guidelines, BBB processes, and common sweeps or breaches.
Utilize advanced knowledge of dispute processes to ensure accurate and effective resolutions for clients.
