Generational Wealth Academy helps everyday people get their finances back on track and build real stability. One of the ways we do that is by helping them clean up their credit reports — removing old, inaccurate, or unfair items so they can finally move forward with confidence.
We already have a steady stream of new clients coming in. Now we’re looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented to help run the process. We have a clear step-by-step system in place — you just need to follow it, keep each client moving, and make sure every file gets done right.
In this role, you’ll be managing each client’s journey from start to finish. That means collecting their intake documents, sending dispute letters, tracking responses from credit bureaus and creditors, and updating the progress inside our tracker. Everything we do is fully compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and you’ll be trained on how our process works. You’ll also be sharing quick updates with our team so everyone knows where things stand, and keeping all client data secure at all times.
If you’ve worked with credit repair or credit report disputes before, that’s a huge plus. But if you haven’t and you’re sharp, organized, and a quick learner, we can train you. What matters most is that you’re the kind of person who likes following clear steps, staying organized, and taking pride in clean, accurate work. You’ll need strong written English and good communication skills, plus basic comfort using cloud tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and simple CRMs.
This position pays $100 to $150 for each completed client file. Most files take about 30 to 45 days from start to finish. If you can complete clean files faster, we offer bonus pay as well. The hours are flexible as long as everything stays on track, and this can turn into a long-term role with plenty of room to grow as our client base continues to grow.
To apply, just send us a short message introducing yourself. Tell us a little about any experience you’ve had with credit-related work (or something similar), what tools you’ve used before, and why this type of organized, step-by-step work fits you.
