We are seeking a Credit Repair Specialist to join our growing team and empower clients to take control of their financial future. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills and a genuine desire to advocate for consumers.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client credit reports, identifying errors and inaccuracies.
Utilize credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud preferred) to efficiently dispute negative items with credit bureaus.
Assist clients in filing complaints with IdentityTheft.gov and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Educate clients on credit repair best practices and provide ongoing guidance throughout the process.
Maintain meticulous records and track client progress towards credit score improvement goals.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in credit repair or a related field.
Strong understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and credit repair regulations.
Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with credit reports and financial information.
Experience using credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Bonus Points:

Knowledge of IdentityTheft.gov and CFPB complaint processes.
Prior experience in customer service or financial services.
