• Filing credit disputes and monitoring the progress of each case.
• Providing monthly progress reports and check-ins with clients.
• Handling data entry and ensuring accurate client information is updated.
• Pulling client credit reports and analyzing data.
• Maintaining familiarity with credit repair software, including CRC and CDM.
