Credit Repair Analyst

Looking for an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to join our financial consulting firm. This role requires understanding of credit disputing, able to make outbound calls on behalf of customers, understands CFPB disputing, third party disputing, direct to lender disputing, inquiry removal, an expert in CRC, understands FCRA and FDCPA statutes for disputing, utilize multiple disputing tools, be a good editor, familiar with letter stream and up to date with the latest methods of disputing.

We are looking for individuals who have the following skills:

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
*Ability to analyze each customer's credit profile and make appropriate determination depending on the needs of the case.
*Ability to call on behalf of customers to help resolve the issue by providing prompt and clear solutions via phone call to the companies that our clients deal with.
*Detail record keeping of all conversations in our database using Asana, Google Drive, Hubspot, and create a daily report of each client's results.
*Ability to work independently and in an entrepreneurial approach.
*Willingness to learn and contribute to the firm’s growth.
