Credit Repair AI Automation Specialist (Part-Time / Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE

BOOST1 Enterprises is a growing credit repair and business funding company serving clients across the NJ/PA region and beyond. We're looking for a creative systems thinker who can help us build and maintain the backend automation infrastructure that runs this business. This is a part-time contractor role working directly with the founder. You'll help brainstorm, design, and deploy AI-powered automations, client workflows, onboarding systems, follow-up sequences, and more. If you love building things that actually work, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Brainstorm and map out automation workflows for client onboarding, dispute tracking, and follow-up
2. Build and maintain GoHighLevel pipelines, automations, sub-accounts, and AI chat/voice agents
3. Connect tools using Zapier and/or Make (Integromat) to create seamless cross-platform workflows
4. Help build AI-powered tools using the Claude API — prompts, custom assistants, and embedded AI workflows
5. Manage and optimize workflows inside Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) — tags, triggers, and client portals
6. Set up and maintain Slack automations, bots, and internal notification systems
7. Document systems clearly so they can be handed off, replicated, or scaled
8. Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest smarter, faster ways to run the operation

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1. You've actually built automations before — not just watched tutorials about them
2. You understand how AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT can be used in real business workflows
3. GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus — bonus if you've worked in credit repair or financial services
4. You're comfortable connecting multiple platforms and debugging when something breaks
5. You communicate clearly, take direction well, and bring your own ideas to the table
6. You work well independently — this is async-friendly but you need to execute without hand-holding
7. Bonus: experience with AI voice agents, SMS automations, or credit repair client workflows


COMPENSATION
$7– $25 USD per hour depending on experience and scope. Project-based pricing also considered for defined deliverables. Growth opportunity available as the business scales.

TIME COMMITMENT

20-80 hours per month to start (can grow quickly)
Flexible scheduling — we care about output, not clock-in times
Async communication via Slack during business hours
Occasional Google Meeting or Loom sessions to align on builds
