We are looking for an experienced Credit Card Chargeback Manager with a proven track record of successfully winning chargeback cases for U.S.-based dropshipping stores (preferably in fashion).
In this role, you will manage and respond to credit card chargebacks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), prepare strong representment packages, and help maximize our dispute win rate. We are looking for someone who understands how issuing banks evaluate cases and knows how to build compelling evidence.
Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to credit card chargebacks
• Prepare strong representment evidence
• Analyze reason codes and structure responses accordingly
• Track case outcomes and win rates
• Identify patterns and help reduce future chargebacks
Requirements
• Experience handling credit card chargebacks for e-commerce
• Proven track record of winning chargeback cases
• Experience with representment and compelling evidence
• Familiar with Shopify Payments, Stripe, or similar processors
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
