Creator Growth Manager (TikTok & Student Influencer Program)

We are building one of the fastest-growing education platforms in the Netherlands.

Our mission is simple: help every Dutch high school student achieve better grades.

We are looking for a Creator Growth Manager whose primary responsibility is to build and scale a large network of student creators across TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat.

Your mission:

Build the largest student creator network in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

* Find Dutch student creators on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat
* Recruit creators into our ambassador program
* Manage creator relationships
* Organize creator challenges and campaigns
* Help creators stay active and motivated
* Track creator performance and affiliate sales
* Build systems that help us scale from 10 creators to 100+ creators

Requirements:

* Strong English communication skills
* Experience with influencer outreach or affiliate programs
* Highly organized
* Understands social media growth
* Can manage multiple creators simultaneously

Success Metrics:

* 25 active creators within 30 days
* 100 active creators within 90 days
* Growing creator activity every month
