We're looking for a young, creative video editor who just graduated from film school and wants to grow with a fast-moving content business.

This isn't just video editing. You'll be in charge of:
? Daily video editing and production
? Writing video titles and descriptions using AI (we'll train you)
? Scheduling videos to YouTube
? Scheduling email campaigns to promote videos
? Managing the entire content calendar independently

What we're looking for:
- Recent film school graduate (2-3 years experience maximum)
- Creative eye for storytelling and pacing
- Willing to learn AI tools (Claude) for content writing
- Self-starter who can manage their own workflow
- English proficiency for writing descriptions and emails
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, YouTube Studio, and email platforms
