We're looking for a creative video editor who just graduated from film school and wants to grow with a fast-moving content business.

This isn't just video editing. You'll be in charge of:
* Video editing and production
* Writing video titles and descriptions
* Scheduling videos to YouTube

What we're looking for:
- Recent film school graduate (2-3 years experience maximum)
- Creative eye for storytelling and pacing
- Willing to learn AI tools (Claude) for content writing
- Self-starter who can manage their own workflow
- English proficiency for writing descriptions
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and YouTube Studio
