About Us
We’re an established eCommerce company with a strong presence in the European dropshipping market, now expanding into the US. Meta Ads are our main traffic driver, and we’ve recently transitioned from Shopify to Funnelish to maximize conversion on our dropshipping funnel.
We’re now preparing to launch a new brand and are looking for a Creative Strategist & Video Editor to help lead our creative direction and bring this brand to life through highly engaging visual content and ad creatives. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and big potential to grow with us.
Your Role
As our Creative Strategist & Editor, you’ll be the creative brain and hands behind our Meta Ads and visual content. This includes planning, strategizing, and editing direct-response video creatives that convert, while helping shape the overall look and feel of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
*Creative Direction & Strategy
• Develop creative strategies for our Meta Ads that align with brand and performance goals
• Brainstorm new content concepts based on performance data and trends
• Create moodboards, storyboards, and briefs for UGC and video shoots
• Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across all platforms
*Video Editing & Production
• Edit high-performing direct-response video ads using existing assets and UGC
• Repurpose winning creatives into new angles, hooks, and formats
• Add compelling motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and sound
• Collaborate with media buyers to iterate quickly based on ad performance
*Collaboration & Feedback Loops
• Work closely with our creative team, media buyers, and project manager
• Provide creative direction to freelancers or creators when needed
• Stay up to date with trends in short-form video and ad creative performance
• Report about progress and performances
Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in a creative, editing, or strategy role (eComm/DTC experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio of direct-response ads and video editing work
• Deep understanding of what makes creatives convert on Meta (FB/IG)
• Excellent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Good eye for design, branding, and compelling storytelling
• Able to work autonomously, adapt fast, and meet quick deadlines
