MNSSK is a D2C brand house. We build, own, and grow our own consumer brands across 12+ stores worldwide in supplements, apparel, and lifestyle. We move fast, we test relentlessly, and we keep the team small and exceptional.

What you'll do
- Run deep avatar, competitor, and Ad Library research every week, and turn it into fresh angles
- Write ad scripts for video (short-form and long-form) and static ads, at volume
- Write landing pages, including advertorials and listicles
- Brief the video editors, copywriters, and designers on what to make and why
- Analyze ad performance data and use it to guide your next creative decisions
- Develop hooks, mechanisms, and positioning that stand out while staying compliant
- Use AI tools intelligently to speed up research and iteration, without losing the human edge

Requirements
- 3+ years in performance creative strategy, or direct-response copywriting for a DTC brand
- Briefed and worked directly with video editors
- Hands-on fluency in reading ads data
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to work around 9 AM to 6 PM ( GMT+3 )
