Creative Social Media Assistant (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Job Overview:
Are you a fun, outgoing, and creative person who loves social media and wants to help a personal brand grow? (Please read this whole description, as I will only be interviewing top talent who apply).

I’m looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage my daily posting schedule across multiple platforms — Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
-You’ll help upload, schedule, and lightly edit short-form videos, format captions, and share content ideas to keep our posts fresh and engaging.
-This is a long-term, part-time position (around 3 hours per day, flexible).

Responsibilities:
Upload and schedule ~5 posts per day across multiple platforms
Do light video editing (cut, trim, resize, add captions or simple text)
Format and post captions and hashtags correctly for each platform
Help organize content inside Google Drive
Track what’s been posted and what’s coming up
Suggest new content ideas or trending sounds to fit the brand
Send daily updates on completed work

Tools You’ll Use:
Google Drive
Canva or CapCut (for light editing)
TikTok
Asana (or something similar)

Qualifications:
Strong written English and good communication skills
Creative and familiar with TikTok, and Instagram Reels
Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines
Experience using Canva or CapCut for basic edits
Comfortable working independently and reporting progress

Preferred (but not required):
Experience managing social media for other creators or brands
Knows current TikTok or Reels trends
Basic understanding of analytics or engagement tracking

Work Schedule & Pay:
~3 hours per day (15 hours per week)
Flexible schedule, but consistency is key
Long-term role with room to grow
Pay: $4–$7 USD/hour (depending on experience)
