We are looking for a creative producer to deliver 10 ad creatives per week for a Dutch-based beauty brand selling to customers in the Netherlands. The role is a mix of static images and short-form video content designed to perform on Facebook and Instagram.
You will be responsible for researching competitor ads using the Facebook Ad Library, identifying winning angles, and producing creatives that speak directly to our target audience. You understand how to find customer pain points and desires and translate those into scroll-stopping content.
What you will be doing:
Producing a weekly mix of static and video creatives based on briefs and your own research. Using the Facebook Ad Library to analyse what is working in the market. Creating video content using CapCut and AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs. Using Higgsfield and Claude to support your creative process. Working independently and proactively, suggesting new angles and ideas without being asked.
What we are looking for:
Experience creating direct response ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. Comfortable working with AI tools including Claude, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs and CapCut. Able to identify customer personas, pain points and desires and build creatives around them. Strong understanding of what makes an ad stop the scroll. Self-starter who can manage their own workflow and deliver consistently each week. Good written English is essential as some creatives require text overlays and copy. Basic understanding of the Dutch market is a plus.
