Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote (must be available 3-4 hrs a day on UK time)

Are you the kind of video editor who notices the little things? Do you love turning raw, personality-packed footage into scroll-stopping content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram? If you’re playful, creatively obsessive, and deeply tuned into current UGC trends, we want you on our team.

Ostrich is a fast-growing ad agency that specializes in User Generated Content (UGC) for paid social. We create engaging, authentic-feeling video ads for a wide range of brands. Think lo-fi, high-converting, human-first content that blends seamlessly into social feeds.

We're looking for a full-time UGC Video Editor who gets the vibe. That means:
- Not overproduced.
- No stock footage.
- Just clever editing, relatable ---------- nts, and platform-native creativity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Editing 30–60 short-form videos/month (30–90 seconds each) using creator-shot raw footage
- Adding playful overlays, punchy captions, and smart cuts that mirror platform trends
- Collaborating closely with a creative lead based in the UK (2 days/week overlap required)
- Making fast, thoughtful revisions based on feedback
- Staying current on TikTok/IG trends, audio ---------- s, and native transitions

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are a wizard in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Speak and write excellent English
- Are obsessed with details, captions, and clever pacing
- Know how to use in-camera transitions like snaps, covers, and taps (and splice them cleanly)
- Never rely on stock footage
- Love being part of a collaborative, feedback-driven creative process
- Follow UGC creators and brands just for fun
- Have a knack for solving little editing problems before they become big ones

What We Want to See From You:
- Your best UGC-style edits only (no reels with stock footage, motion graphics templates, or polished brand films)
- Bonus points for examples using TikTok-native transitions (spliced, not effects-added)
- Any videos where your editing made the content funnier, clearer, or more relatable
