JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

We’re a fast-moving creative strategy studio working with 7–8 figure ecom brands.

We produce 60+ creative briefs per week across multiple clients.
Each client has different systems, naming conventions, and workflows.

Your role is to bring order, speed, and structure to all of it.

What you’ll do:

Prepare each sprint across multiple clients
Follow and apply client-specific naming conventions (every client is different)
Create and organize Google Drive folders for UGC production
Ensure every brief is linked to the correct Drive folder
Copy + organize briefs into client Notion workspaces
Assign creators and track progress daily
Keep deadlines tight (nothing slips)
Update clients with key info (ex: creator shipping details)
Flag issues before they happen

System ownership (very important):

You are not just executing.

You are expected to:

Constantly ask: “How can we do this better?”
Improve workflows (Notion, Drive, tracking, communication)
Use ChatGPT / AI to optimize systems and save time

If you don’t naturally think about improving systems ? this is not the right role.

This role is for you if:

You think in systems, not just tasks
You are proactive and take initiative
You are detail-obsessed (naming, structure, organization)
You are fast and responsive
You are comfortable with high volume work
Experience in DTC or agency = strong plus

Availability (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

You must be available and responsive:

5–6AM to 2–3PM PST (Monday–Friday)

You don’t need to work nonstop,
but you MUST respond quickly during these hours.
