LOVY | ----------

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Rate: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week | Timezone overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) or CET (GMT+1) required

? WE ARE HIRING URGENTLY. If you are qualified, apply today — we are reviewing applications as they come in and moving fast.

ABOUT US

Lovy ( ---------- ) is a fast-growing women's health brand. Our flagship product, UroControl, helps women over 50 reclaim comfort and confidence by addressing the root causes of bladder leaks and urgency. We obsess over creative performance — and now we're looking for the person who makes sure the engine runs.

We're a small, performance-driven team. No bureaucracy, no fluff. You'll work directly alongside the CEO. When we find the right person, we move quickly — expect a fast hiring process.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

- You started as a creative yourself — video editor, graphic designer, or content producer — and grew into managing and leading a creative team from the inside
- You have proven experience managing creative teams in a DTC, ecommerce, or performance marketing environment, ideally in-house at a brand (not an agency)
- You think in systems, not tasks — you build processes before problems compound
- You're comfortable owning project management tools, file workflows, and asset delivery pipelines
- You can hold a creative team accountable to output quality, turnaround times, and revision cycles
- You give direct feedback clearly and without friction
- You can commit to timezone overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) or CET (GMT+1)
- You want a stable, long-term role — not a quick gig

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

- You jumped straight into management without ever doing the creative work yourself
- You've only managed creative teams at agencies — never in-house at a DTC or ecommerce brand
- You have never built or enforced creative operations workflows from scratch
- You cannot commit to timezone overlap with Dubai or CET
- You submit AI-generated applications (immediate disqualification)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Manage and coordinate the creative team on a daily basis, directly alongside the CEO
- Build and maintain creative operations: file naming conventions, folder structures, asset management, and delivery workflows
- Define and track KPIs for the creative team — output quality, turnaround time, and revision cycles
- Own the feedback loop between creative output and performance data
- Identify and remove friction in the production pipeline before it compounds
- Document SOPs and enforce them consistently across the team

YOUR BACKGROUND PROBABLY LOOKS LIKE THIS:

You started hands-on — editing videos, designing ads, or producing content for a DTC brand. Over time you became the person the team leaned on to keep things organized. You started building the systems, running the feedback loops, and managing timelines because no one else was doing it. Eventually it became your role. You know what good creative looks like because you made it yourself — and that's exactly why you can hold others to that standard.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Rate: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month (based on experience)
- Stable, long-term full-time role with a growing brand
- Direct access to the CEO — no middle layers, fast decisions
- High-autonomy role with real ownership over how the team operates

HOW TO APPLY:

Do not send a generic application. We will not read it.

To be considered, submit all four of the following:

1. Video recording (5 minutes max) — Record yourself speaking about: where you started as a creative, how you grew into an operations or management role, your experience running a creative team at a DTC or ecommerce brand, and a specific example of a bottleneck you identified and resolved. No slides, no reading scripts — just talk. We want to hear how you think and operate.

2. Your CV or resume

3. A list of DTC or ecommerce companies you've worked with, including their website URLs

4. A confirmation that you are available for timezone overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) or CET (GMT+1), Mon–Fri

Applications missing any of these four items will not be reviewed.
