Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time (US)
(This is approx. 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippines Time. Strict attendance required.)
Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) – Exclusive (No other clients allowed)

Who We Are:
We are a specialized marketing agency in the US servicing 40+ Home Service Contractors (Roofers, Painters, Flooring, Landscaping, Concrete). We are growing fast, and we are tired of the old way of doing things.

The Problem You Will Solve:
Currently, our ad production is too slow because we wait for clients to send us photos and videos. This ends now.

We are hiring YOU to build a Creative Engine. You will be responsible for sourcing stock footage, generating AI images/voiceovers, building "Master Templates," and deploying them across 40 accounts without waiting for anyone.

Your Mission (The "System Builder" Role):

Be The Source: You will use tools like Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and Pexels to create high-converting video and image assets from scratch. You never blame the client for "lack of assets."

Build The Factory: You don't just edit one video. You build a Master Template in Canva/CapCut and use Bulk Create/Variables to generate 15 versions (different cities/logos) in minutes.

Own The Performance: Your metric is Beating The Control. You must look at the current Cost Per Lead (CPL) for a client, and build ads that beat it. If an ad isn't outperforming the account average, YOU d ---------- to kill it and launch a new hook.

Requirements (Must Have):

System Architecture: You know how to organize folders, name files correctly (e.g., Client_Offer_Hook_Date), and keep a clean workspace.

AI Fluency: You are comfortable using AI for Voiceovers, Scripting, and Image Generation.

Direct Response Eyes: You understand that "Ugly" ads often work better. You know what a "Hook" is. You know how to stop the scroll.

Perfect English: You can write your own headlines and hooks on the creatives without grammar errors.

The "30-Day Sprint" (How We Start):
We do not hire permanently on Day 1. We start with a Paid 30-Day Evaluation Period at full salary.
To get the permanent offer, you must:

Launch fresh creative sets for 5 stuck clients.

Demonstrate you can produce 20+ variations per week.

Beat the Benchmarks: Your new creatives must lower the CPL (Cost Per Lead) compared to the client's previous 30-day average.
