About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Graphic Designer to support the execution of digital marketing, eCommerce, brand, and retail design initiatives.

Working closely with key stakeholders across marketing, digital, retail, and production teams, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets that strengthen brand consistency, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong creative instincts with excellent organisational skills and can confidently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Brand Execution
- Develop and produce high-quality creative assets across digital, social, email, web, retail, and print channels.
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
- Contribute creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions that elevate the brand experience.

Digital Marketing & eCommerce Support
- Design and update email marketing (EDM) assets and automated email campaign imagery.
- Create website banners, homepage assets, landing page graphics, and promotional materials.
- Develop organic and paid social media creative across various platforms.
- Produce digital advertising assets, including retargeting and affiliate marketing creatives.
- Resize and optimise creative assets for multiple digital channels and platforms.

Content & Asset Management
- Manage and organise campaign, lookbook, and product imagery.
- Prepare, retouch, resize, and distribute eCommerce imagery as required.
- Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure files are accurately stored and accessible.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of mood boards, trend reports, and creative references.

Print & Retail Design
- Design retail signage, point-of-sale materials, decals, packaging, and supporting collateral.
- Coordinate print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers to ensure production quality.
- Support ad hoc design requirements across marketing, retail, and production teams.

Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and business expectations.
- Proactively communicate project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

- Brand assets are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time.
- Digital campaigns are visually engaging and aligned with business objectives.
- Creative files and image libraries are organised and easily accessible.
- Stakeholders receive responsive and proactive design support.
- Projects are managed efficiently with minimal supervision.

Skills & Experience
Required
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar creative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
After Effects
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience preparing assets for digital marketing, social media, eCommerce, and print production.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred
- Experience working with fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition channels.
- Familiarity with project management and creative workflow tools.
