Knows how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools – If AI scares you, this is not your lane

Hubstaff tracking is mandatory – If you’ve got issues with time tracking, keep it moving

Other Must-Haves:

Eye for modern design and social media trends

Can work fast without sacrificing quality

Thick skin. Feedback isn’t always sugar-coated

Zero hand-holding. You figure things out
