Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Director/Social Media Manager with Video Editing Expertise. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure our brand messaging is compelling and cohesive across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
-Content Creation & Repurposing: Develop, repurpose, and organize content to ensure consistent messaging and quality across platforms.
-Video Management: Organize video footage and other content in Google Drive, collaborate with a video editor via our project management tool (Nifty), and oversee the editing process to ensure timely delivery.
-Social Media Management: Schedule and post daily content on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using HighLevel’s Social Planner.
-SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct research to identify keywords, recommend video topics, and optimize content for better search engine visibility.
-Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments across all platforms to foster engagement and build community.
-Blog Writing: Write and optimize blog posts following SEO best practices to enhance our website’s visibility and value.
- Email Marketing: Craft compelling email campaigns, schedule, and send communications to keep our audience informed and engaged.
-AI Tool Utilization: Use AI tools to improve efficiency in research, writing, and overall content management tasks.


Required Qualifications:
-Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
-Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive for organization, HighLevel (especially the Social Planner), and project management software (like Nifty, Asana, etc.) is essential, but can be trained if they have experience in other similar tools.
-Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write engaging and professional content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
-SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices for optimizing blog posts, videos, and other content.
-Research Skills: Ability to conduct keyword research and make data-driven suggestions for content improvement.
-Video Content Knowledge: Experience managing video content, including organizing footage and collaborating with editors.
-Community Engagement: Skills in fostering engagement by responding to comments and messages on social platforms.
-Tech-Savvy: Comfort using AI tools to streamline tasks like content creation, research, and strategy.
-Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and content aligns with the brand voice.


Interview Process:
Shortlisted candidates will go through a virtual interview and a small task test to assess their skills.
