We’re a 7-figure eCom business scaling to $10M+. We’ve got the products, media buyers & backend. Now we need YOU — a creative beast who knows how to test, optimize, and scale winners like a pro.

What You'll Do:

- Own the creative strategy for every product

- Analyze FB ad performance + launch new tests fast

- Work with video editors, image designers, and funnel builders

- Study FB Ad Library + spy tools for winning angles

- Scale winners from $1K/day to $10K+/day

You’re Perfect If You…

- Have scaled eCom winners with FB ads before

- Know FB Ads Manager like the back of your hand

- Can brief and lead creatives + content teams

- Understand data + know what makes an ad convert

- Are a self-starter with a strong eye for direct-response

- Speak and write great English
