About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Director & Content Strategist to be the creative engine behind our clients' video campaigns. You'll develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and mood boards that guide our video editors and content creating team to produce compelling, high-quality content. This role requires strong written communication skills as you'll direct creative work primarily through detailed documents and briefs.

Key Responsibilities

Write compelling scripts for video ads and social media content
Develop detailed storyboards and mood boards to guide video editors and the content creating team
Create innovative creative concepts tailored to each client's brand and goals
Develop campaign strategies that maximise engagement and results for Australian clients
Provide clear creative direction through written briefs and documentation
Collaborate remotely with the video editing and content creating team
Contribute strategic ideas to make campaigns visually attractive and impactful


What We're Looking For

Proven experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, mood board creation, or creative direction
Strong understanding of digital marketing, video advertising, and social media
Excellent written English communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Portfolio is compulsory — applicants must attach a portfolio link or document link showcasing previous work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
