The Vision — Read This First

I am going to be honest with you because I believe the right person for this role needs to understand what they are stepping into.

I am building more than a YouTube channel. I am documenting a life mission — from the very beginning, raw and unfiltered.
I am at the start of my e-commerce journey right now. Not at the top looking back. Not telling you a success story. I am at day one, and that is exactly the point. My life purpose, the thing I believe God put me on this earth to do, is to build an e-commerce company that I will grow and eventually exit for at least $500 million — and use that money to fund a charity that does real, lasting good for people and for this planet.

That is not a fantasy. That is the plan. And I am going to document every single step — from the very first sale to the final exit. The wins, the failures, the sleepless nights, the breakthroughs, the lessons — all of it, completely raw and unfiltered. No highlight reel. No pretending to have it figured out. Just the real journey as it happens, so that others can learn from it, be inspired by it, and maybe find their own purpose along the way.

This content will run for the next 20 to 30 years. You are not joining a finished product — you are joining at the ground floor of something that will grow into something massive. And I need someone by my side who does not just edit videos but who truly believes in this mission and wants to help bring it to life.

I am not looking for a freelancer who edits a few clips and moves on. I am looking for a creative partner — someone who will grow with me from the very beginning, who will help shape how the world sees this journey, and who will one day look back and say: "I was there from day one. I helped build that."
