Job Title: Creative Director (Multimedia & AI-Driven)

Àerre is looking for a Creative Director with strong multimedia experience (photo, video, and digital content) and intermediate proficiency in AI-generated imagery (required).
Responsibilities:
- Work with the creative team to shape Àerre’s visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling brand presence.
- Oversee multimedia content production, from concept to execution, including photography, videography, and motion graphics.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance and streamline creative workflows, producing high-quality visual assets.
- Collaborate with the social media, marketing, and product teams to align creative output with business objectives.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in AI-driven design and digital content creation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, with a strong portfolio in fashion, beauty, or luxury brands.
- Proficiency in AI design tools, including MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, and Stable Diffusion.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong ability to collaborate and provide artistic direction within a creative team.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling in digital marketing.
Test work:
Create a high-quality campaign image for Àerre featuring Bliss Release, one of our signature fragrances. This task will assess your ability to integrate AI-generated imagery into a luxury brand’s visual identity.
Your submission must include:
- A visually compelling image created using AI tools.
- A model prominently featured in the composition.
- A strong focus on Bliss Release as the hero product. (Product details can be found on www.aerre.co.)
- A final polished image suitable for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Alignment with Àerre’s luxury, fashion-forward, and artistic aesthetic.
Guidelines:
- Use AI-generated imagery as a key element in the creation process. You may enhance or refine your work using Photoshop, Lightroom, or other post-production tools.
- Consider brand storytelling—the image should evoke a mood, tell a visual story, and appeal to a high-end fragrance audience.
- Lighting, composition, and color palette should be thoughtfully executed to align with premium perfume campaigns.
- Avoid excessive AI artifacts—ensure smooth blending of elements for a natural and high-quality final result.
- The Bliss Release bottle should be clearly visible, positioned harmoniously within the image.
