We're looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team at a thriving fashion and home decor dropshipping store. If you have a knack for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of ad designs that drive online engagement, we want you on board!

Responsibilities:

--Design and produce compelling image ads specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
--Create GIFs and edit videos to be used in digital advertising campaigns.
--Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop creative ideas and execution strategies.
--Implement feedback efficiently to refine ad creatives according to performance metrics.
--Maintain brand consistency across all advertising materials.

Requirements:

--Proven experience in designing ad creatives for Meta platforms, particularly in the fashion and home decor sectors.
--Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns and creative projects. This is a MUST
--Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. 1-2 day turn around is a must.
--Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative ideas and visual concepts.
--Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
--Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
