About Us
We are a fast-growing UK-based e-commerce company specialising in costumes and selling across Amazon and multiple online channels worldwide. We currently have a team in both the UK and the Philippines and are continuing to expand our creative department.

We are looking for a talented and reliable Creative Designer to join our remote team and support our growing range of e-commerce brands.

About the Role
This is a fully remote creative role focused on graphic design, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation for e-commerce.
You’ll work closely with our UK creative team to produce high-quality product imagery, update infographic templates, and edit short-form video content for marketplaces, websites, and social media.
This role is best suited to someone creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured design processes.

Working Hours:
You must be available to work UK business hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM UK time, Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities
Adapt existing infographic templates for new product listings
Edit product and promotional videos for e-commerce and social media
Create visual assets using AI image generation tools
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other creative platforms to improve workflows
Maintain brand consistency across all content
Follow creative briefs and meet deadlines
Support the wider creative team with additional design projects when needed

Requirements
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar
Experience editing videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent software
Interest in AI creative tools and modern content workflows
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow templates, processes, and brand guidelines accurately
Good communication skills in English
Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
