Creative Designer - Ecommerce

We're a fast-scaling DTC pet health brand running performance ads across the US, UK, and AU. We're hiring ONE experienced Creative Designer to own static ad design and website imagery.
This isn't an entry-level role. We want someone who's already good, already fast, and wants to get great.
Who we're looking for:

- 2+ years designing direct-response statics for DTC e-commerce (NOT just pretty brand work — design that sells)

- Strong AI image generation experience. We mean genuinely good, not average. If your AI work looks like default Midjourney output, this isn't for you.
We want someone who can art-direct AI tools to produce clean, on-brand, conversion-grade imagery

- Fast turnaround without dropping quality — we test high volume, so speed matters
Sharp on revisions. You take feedback and execute the after-changes cleanly and quickly, without needing three rounds to get there

- Comfortable in Figma and Canva

- Fluent written + spoken English (you'll be on calls and reading briefs daily)

- Independent operator — you read a brief, ask smart questions, then ship. We don't hand-hold every layer

- Available during PH day hours (NOT night shift — we need overlap with our team)

Bonus points:

You've worked with 6–7 figure brands on Meta ads
You can do 3D design / product renders

What you'll do:

- Design thumb-stopping static ads for Meta (our primary channel)
- Create website images, PDP visuals, and supporting creative assets
- Use AI image tools daily to produce and iterate on imagery fast
- Handle revision rounds quickly and cleanly
