About Taller Digital

Taller is a fast-growing paid media agency working with ambitious e-commerce brands across Google & Meta.

We’re a lean, high-performance team that cares deeply about:
- creative that actually performs
- operational excellence
- critical thinking
- moving fast
- good communication
- high standards without huge egos

We are not a corporate agency.

We don’t want people who sit around waiting for instructions, hide behind “that wasn’t in the brief”, or need constant hand-holding.

We like proactive people who think commercially, spot opportunities, challenge things constructively, and help us improve the business as a whole.

“Don’t wait to be told” is a pretty big philosophy internally.

We already have tea ---------- mbers based in the Philippines and are continuing to build a genuinely strong long-term team environment around good people, strong communication, and growth opportunities.

We also heavily integrate AI into our workflows, systems, creative process, reporting, and operations. We care far more about how people use AI than whether they use AI.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Creative & Design Associate to help own and improve our creative output, creative operations, and client-facing design quality across the agency.

This is NOT just a Canva VA role.

Yes, Canva is important. But we’re looking for someone who:
- Thinks critically
- Moves quickly
- Cares about quality
- Communicates proactively
- Has strong creative instincts
- Enjoys solving problems
- Wants to grow into a larger role over time

You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team across:
- Meta ad creative production
- Short-form video editing
- Creative testing and ideation
- Concept and idea generation
- Decks & presentations
- Onboarding documents
- One-pagers
- Creative resizing/versioning
- Internal systems
- Website support (Wix)
- Creative operations

Over time, we’d love this role to help shape and improve the wider creative function within the agency.

What A Week In This Role Could Look Like

- Building and adapting Meta ad creatives
- Editing UGC-style videos with hooks, overlays, subtitles, and pacing improvements
- Resizing creatives across multiple formats/platforms
- Designing visually strong decks and one-pagers for clients
- Supporting creative testing workflows
- Improving organisation within creative systems and folders
- Helping update sections of our Wix website
- Using AI tools to speed up workflows and improve output quality
- Spotting ways to improve processes rather than just following instructions blindly
- Random Slack messages like:
“I noticed this could probably be done better…”

(We love those kinds of messages.)

What We’re Looking For

Non-Negotiables
- A suite of creative attributes including: Canva, Capcut, Figma & Adobe
- Video editing will be a large part of this role, skills in this field are essential
- Using AI to accelerate creative output but also quality
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Fast communication
- Ability to work UK-aligned hours
- Reliable internet and working setup
- Proactive mindset
- Confident being on regular calls internally
- Ability to take feedback well without needing regular reassurance

Big Positives
- Wix experience
- Experience editing short-form social content
- Understanding of Meta ad creatives best practice
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, and performance-focused creative
- AI workflow experience
- Strong presentation/deck design skills
- Organised and systems-minded
- Commercial awareness

This Role Is NOT Suited To Someone Who:
- waits around for instructions
- replies slowly
- says “yes” to everything without thinking
- struggles with communication
- needs step-by-step guidance constantly
- only wants repetitive task work
- gets overwhelmed in fast-moving environments
- produces generic-looking work
- avoids ownership or accountability

The Type Of Person Who Usually Does Well Here

- Curious
- Fast-moving
- Internet-aware
- Creative but commercially minded
- Calm under pressure
- Proactive
- Low ego
- Hungry to improve
- Comfortable figuring things out
- Genuinely excited by growth-stage businesses

You do not need to know everything already.

But you do need to care.

Growth Opportunities

This role has genuine progression potential.

As the agency grows, this role could evolve into:
- Creative Operations Lead
- Senior Creative Associate
- Design Lead
- Creative Systems Manager

We want people who want to grow with the business long-term.

Application Process

Please submit:

- Your CV
- Portfolio/examples of work
- A short Loom/video introduction (3-4 mins)

In the video, please cover:
- your background
- tools/platforms you’re strongest in
- a project/work example you’re proud of
- how you use AI in your workflows
- why this role appeals to you

Please don’t be overly corporate. We’re not a suit-and-tie business.

We care far more about:
- initiative
- communication
- critical thinking
- quality of thinking
than polished interview answers.

Successful applicants will go through:
1. Introductory interview
2. Live working session/interview
3. Short practical assessment
4. Final culture/team fit conversation

We hire carefully because standards matter a lot to us.
