JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Designer to join our growing team and support multiple businesses across construction, marketing, finance, and technology.

This is more than a standard video editing role. We are looking for someone who can combine video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics to help create engaging content across social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our marketing team to bring ideas to life and help build strong brands through compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing
• Edit short-form and long-form video content
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Add captions, transitions, graphics, and animations where appropriate
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for different channels

Graphic Design
• Design social media graphics and marketing assets
• Create promotional materials, advertisements, banners, and presentations
• Ensure brand consistency across multiple businesses
• Support campaign creative development

Motion Graphics & Creative Production
• Create motion graphics and animated content
• Develop engaging visual elements for marketing campaigns
• Assist in producing creative assets for paid advertising
• Bring concepts and ideas to life through visual storytelling

Collaboration
• Work alongside our marketing strategist, media buyers, and leadership team
• Participate in creative planning and campaign discussions
• Help improve content performance through creative testing and iteration

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and design work
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media content formats
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience creating content for construction, property, real estate, or home building industries
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising creatives
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows
• Photography or videography experience
