Description:
We are LifeSketchr, a UK-based School of NeuroGraphics® creating elegant, science-backed content around drawing, calm, clarity, and personal transformation.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor and production assistant to help turn raw drawing footage, founder videos, and course lessons into beautiful short-form and long-form content.
This is not a generic VA role. Video editing and creative production are the priority. General VA tasks are a bonus.
You will help with:
-Editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts.
-Editing course lessons and longer educational videos.
-Creating clean captions, simple title cards, and branded video exports.
-Repurposing content across platforms.
-Basic audio clean-up.
-Light Canva/Photoshop asset preparation.
-AI-assisted video experiments using tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, CapCut AI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar.
-Organising files, folders, raw footage, final exports, and content calendars.
-Optional: scheduling posts, uploading content, simple admin support.
You must be good at:
-CapCut.
-Clean vertical video editing.
-Editing for retention, not just “making it pretty.”
-Working with calm, premium, elegant wellness/lifestyle content.
-Following a brand style.
-Taking creative direction without needing every tiny step explained.
-Communicating clearly and meeting deadlines.
Bonus skills:
-Adobe Premiere Pro.
-Descript.
-DaVinci Resolve.
-RunwayML.
-Pika/Kling/Luma/Veo.
-Canva.
-Photoshop.
I-nstagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts content experience.
-Course editing experience.
Important style note:
Our brand is calm, intelligent, premium, and slightly magical. We do not want loud emoji-heavy TikTok edits, aggressive zooms, chaotic captions, or generic AI-looking content.
To apply, please include:
-The word LINE in the first sentence of your application.
-Links to your 3 best short-form video edits.
-One example of long-form or course-style editing, if you have one.
-A list of AI video tools you have actually used, with one specific example of what you created.
-Your monthly rate for 20 hours/week.
-Your internet speed and computer specs.
-Your availability and whether you have other clients.
Generic applications will be ignored.
