Productivity System Design & Automation Project
Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced productivity systems consultant and automation specialist to design and implement a personal productivity and knowledge management system.

The goal is to create a centralized workflow where:

All actionable items end up in Todoist
All notes and reference information end up in Evernote
All reading material ends up in Notion

This project involves both system design and technical implementation, including integrations, automations, workflows, SOPs, and user training.

I want a system where information is automatically routed to the correct destination with minimal manual processing.

Example

If a meeting occurs:

Meeting notes are stored in Evernote
Action items are automatically sent to Todoist

If an article is discovered:

It is saved to Notion for later reading

If an email contains a task:

It becomes a Todoist task

The system should reduce friction and eliminate the need to manually re-enter information.

Create a workflow for collecting and organizing:

4. Automation & Integration

Identify opportunities to automate workflows between platforms.
