Role Overview
The Course Production & Design Assistant is a core execution role within the CLP agency. You will be responsible for transforming curriculum content into polished, client-ready course assets — including workbooks, worksheets, slide decks, graphics, and fully built course platforms.
This is not a creative strategy role. You will work from existing brand templates and SOPs provided by the team. Your job is clean execution, brand consistency, and on-time delivery.
You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Curriculum Designer, and your output goes directly into client deliverables.
What You Will Do
Course Asset Production
Design and format workbooks and worksheets using Canva brand templates
Build and format slide decks for course modules
Create supporting graphics, banners, icons, and visual assets
Ensure all assets are on-brand, polished, and production-ready
Course Platform Setup
Upload and organize video lessons inside the course platform
Set up course modules, lessons, sections, and content structure
Configure drip schedules, access settings, and completion triggers as directed
Conduct quality checks before course delivery
Operations & Documentation
Follow SOPs for every task — no improvising
Flag blockers or missing assets immediately to your manager
Maintain organized file and asset libraries
Update task statuses inside ClickUp in real time
What We Require
Skills & Experience
2+ years in a course production, digital admin, or online business support role
Canva proficiency — must be able to work from existing templates, not start from scratch
Experience with at least one course platform: Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar
Experience uploading, organizing, and managing video content
Familiarity with ClickUp or a similar project management tool
Strong attention to detail — catches errors before they reach the client
Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
Non-Negotiables
Deadline compliance — late delivery without prior notice is grounds for contract termination
SOP adherence — you follow the system, you don't redesign it
Communication standards — updates in ClickUp must be current at all times
Work quality — if it does not meet brand standards, it does not get submitted

What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days:
Completed all onboarding SOPs without gaps
Delivered first asset batch on time and at brand standard
Operating independently inside ClickUp with zero manager hand-holding
Ongoing:
Assets are consistently delivered on time and meet quality standards on first submission
Course platforms are set up accurately with no rework required
Your manager does not need to chase you for updates
