As our Learning & Development team grows, we need a skilled and reliable Course Operations & Platform Administrator to own the behind-the-scenes build and maintenance of our courses and scheduling systems. This role exists to free our L&D Manager to focus entirely on content creation, curriculum design, and delivery, trusting that everything will be set up, configured, and running smoothly.
This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role spanning multiple platforms, primarily Kajabi, but also Zoom, Calendly, and related tools. You will not be creating course content, but you will be responsible for bringing it to life on the platform, keeping our scheduling systems organised, and ensuring students and mentors have everything they need to show up without friction.
This role involves low direct contact with students or practitioners. What matters most is accuracy, reliability, and follow-through.
