Course Creator / Instructional Designer (Education & AI Focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Course Creator / Instructional Designer to join our growing education company, Ashford & Dunbar. You will work with our team to design, structure, and build engaging online courses for teachers and schools. These courses will focus on cutting-edge topics like AI in education, brain-based learning, cultural intelligence, student voice, and future-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transform provided course ideas/outlines into structured, ready-to-launch courses.
• Create engaging modules, lesson plans, and activities that educators can immediately use.
• Incorporate instructional design best practices to ensure content is clear, practical, and classroom-ready.
• Collaborate with our team to add interactive elements (worksheets, prompts, rubrics, slides, etc.).
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with global education trends.
• Organize course content for delivery on platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable, or similar).

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning creation.
• Experience creating teacher training, education, or professional development content.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and make them engaging and actionable.
• Familiarity with AI tools for education (e.g., ChatGPT, MagicSchool, Eduaide.ai) is a huge plus.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
