Customer Support Specialist with a Passion for Customer Satisfaction

- Strong written and spoken English proficiency: Our audience is primarily based in the U.S., Canada, and UK, so cultural understanding is crucial.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving: You can identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Familiarity with support tools and platforms: Experience with Zendesk.
