Triforce Digital Marketing, a leading force in the digital marketing industry, is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with expertise in US Contract Law, US Corporate Laws, Partnership Agreements, Sales Agreements, and Web Law. Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate various contracts, including partnership agreements, sales agreements, and other legal documents related to digital marketing.
Legal Research: Stay abreast of developments in US Contract Law, Partnership Law, and Web Law. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Web Law Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company's digital marketing practices comply with relevant web laws and regulations.
Partnership Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support partnership initiatives, providing legal guidance and ensuring contractual compliance.
Sales Agreement Support: Collaborate with the sales team to review and finalize sales agreements, addressing legal considerations and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on US Contract Law, Partnership Agreements, Sales Agreements, and Web Law.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing legal principles and compliance requirements.
Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with legal databases and research tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
