Corporate Attorney Needed for Holding Company & Business Structuring

Hello everyone,

My name is Raleigh and I am an American citizen living overseas. I own a successful company, and I am seeking an experienced corporate attorney to provide legal guidance and support as I launch a holding company to diversify my investments, engage in R&D work for other projects in order to offset the taxes of my main company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business structuring, trust and estate planning, international law, and familiarity with the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE) option for US citizens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the most suitable legal structures for my holding company and its subsidiaries, including LLCs, S-corps, and other entities, with a focus on tax efficiency
- Provide guidance on the use of trusts for asset protection, anonymity, and potential tax benefits
- Assist in the potential establishment of a non-profit organization with international outreach
- Collaborate directly with me to develop comprehensive strategies that align with my business and personal goals
- Provide guidance on how to structure the holding company to effectively generate tax losses through R&D work and other investments
- Research & explore international structuring options and advise on the legal and tax implications of operating in different jurisdictions

Qualifications:
- Preferred (but not required) 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on business structuring, trust and estate planning, and international law
- Strong knowledge of various business entities and their legal and tax implications
- Experience in cross-border transactions and familiarity with international legal and tax systems (not required)
- Understanding of tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses, including familiarity with the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively

Location:
- Remote work is acceptable, with regular communication via Zoom
- Preference for U.S.-based attorneys, but open to international candidates with relevant expertise

Scope of Work:
- Project-based engagement, with the potential for ongoing collaboration
- Direct collaboration with the owner to provide tailored legal guidance and support
- Timeframe and specific deliverables to be determined based on project requirements

Compensation:
