JOIN OUR TEAM AS A COPYEDITOR!

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a copyeditor to improve web content and create user-friendly, SEO-optimized content for our clients. We are specifically seeking a skilled SEO copywriter/copyeditor to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of American English, a strong understanding of voice and tone, and proficient editing and fact-checking skills.


Job Details
• Position: full-time
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay: USD 800/month
• Role: Copywriter/copyeditor to join our team of editors

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and refine content for various client websites.
• Adapt all content to American English, making it sound natural to native speakers
• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and engagement
• Create unique, non-duplicate content


Requirements
• Reliable Internet connection
• Proven experience in SEO copywriting and editing
• Strong command of American English
• Ability to refine and improve content
• Exception attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills


Resume Requirement
To assess your experience, a RESUME is REQUIRED with your application. Your resume should clearly outline your previous roles, accomplishments, and experience in copyediting and/or copywriting. Applications without a resume will not be considered.


Portfolio and Work Samples
• Required: Submit a portfolio showcasing human-edited work.
• Your portfolio can include links to webpage content, low-fidelity mockups highlighting your copyediting or writing
contributions, or a Google Drive folder with relevant materials.
• Note: Applications featuring AI-generated work will not be considered.

**Application Process**
1. Submit your resume and portfolio showcasing previous human-edited work in SEO copywriting and editing.
2. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a paid test assignment
3. The test assignment will involve revising/copyeditting web page content to meet our quality standards
