JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Conversion Specialist who is ready to own product page optimization, improve conversion rates, and maximize average order value across large product catalogs.

Please Do NOT Apply If:
- You don’t have 3+ years experience in e-commerce conversion optimization
- You haven’t worked on large product catalogs (100+ SKUs)
- You don’t understand direct-response copywriting or consumer psychology

Why This Role Matters

Conversion optimization is a core revenue driver at GTE. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling brands by improving conversion rates, AOV, and overall product page performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants:
- Full ownership of product performance

What You’ll Own & Build
- Within your first 90 days, success will be measured by your ability to:
- Optimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOV
- Identify and fix bottlenecks in product funnels
- Improve page elements (copy, layout, visuals, offers) to increase conversion >50%
- Run A/B tests that move the needle and generate measurable revenue
- Turn basic supplier images into high-converting visuals
- Make data-driven decisions between design vs offer problems

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce conversion optimization experience
- Shopify experience is required (running or working with stores)
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rates / revenue
- Strong copywriting / direct-response skills
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior
-Analytical, results-driven, and comfortable being measured on revenue impact

Bonus: Experience with dropshipping, affiliate marketing, or DTC brands

Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly rate is negotiable for strong candidates
- Quarterly bonus up to €2,500 (eligible within first 6 months)
- Full-time, flexible schedule (40 hours/week)
- Fully remote
