About Reclaim247
Reclaim247 is a UK-based claims management company helping consumers recover compensation for mis-sold car finance. We operate fast-moving digital funnels, with paid ads, landing pages, lead forms, and automations driving customer acquisition. Now we’re hiring a sharp Conversion Rate Optimiser to improve the performance of every step in the journey.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a CRO who understands that every click, scroll, and form field matters. You’ll analyse user journeys, spot friction, and design high-impact experiments that turn more visitors into qualified leads. You’ll own testing and experimentation across Reclaim247’s website and landing pages and collaborate closely with our paid media, dev, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Use Hotjar, PostHog, and Clarity to understand real user behaviour: scroll depth, rage clicks, drop-offs
* Analyse data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to uncover funnel issues and user trends
* Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests (using tools like VWO, Optimizely, or PostHog experiments)
* Optimise form flows, microcopy, layouts, and CTAs for maximum conversion
* Continuously test and refine landing pages and UX elements (especially for mobile)
* Work with devs/designers to launch winning test variants across pages
* Translate data insights into plain English for non-technical stakeholders
* Benchmark, track, and report uplift metrics from experiments

Tools You’ll Use
* Hotjar (heatmaps, recordings, surveys)
* PostHog (event tracking, feature flags, funnels, A/B testing)
* Microsoft Clarity (rage click detection, session recording)
* Google Analytics 4
* Google Tag Manager
* Google Optimize (if still in use or archived for legacy reference)
* VWO / Optimizely / Convert (depending on stack)
* Webflow or Unbounce (for quick layout tests)
* Google Sheets / Looker Studio (reporting dashboards)
* Internal no-code/low-code platforms

Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, or funnel optimisation roles
* Demonstrated experience with session replay and funnel analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, PostHog)
* Strong understanding of CRO principles: reducing friction, urgency, clarity, trust
* Comfortable building and interpreting split tests with confidence intervals
* Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS to communicate clearly with devs
* Sharp analytical skills — must enjoy deep-diving user data and presenting clear, actionable insights
* Self-starter who thrives in a remote async-first environment

Nice to Have
* Experience working in lead generation, finance, or regulated sectors
* Working knowledge of Figma for layout collaboration
* Familiarity with customer feedback tools (e.g., Typeform, UserLeap)
* Copywriting experience or ability to test messaging variations effectively

Salary & Benefits
