About Us
We are building multiple high growth consumer brands and are looking for someone who wants to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team rather than just completing oneoff projects.
Our first business is Win Your PIP, a UK-based service helping people complete Personal Independence Payment (PIP) applications through a professionally written personalised answer service.

Our second business is a direct to consumer e-commerce brand launching premium foot care products on Shopify.

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving websites, building landing pages, increasing conversion rates and using data to grow online businesses.

Your Role
This is not a traditional web design role.
Your primary responsibility is increasing enquiries, sales and conversion rates.
You will continually improve our websites using customer behaviour, analytics and testing.

Responsibilities
Optimise WordPress landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Build and optimise Shopify product pages.
Improve page speed and mobile experience.
Create new landing pages for advertising campaigns.
Implement Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking.
Install and manage Google Tag Manager and other marketing tools.
Create thank you pages and lead funnels.
Run A/B tests on headlines, layouts and calls to action.
Analyse user behaviour using heatmaps and analytics software.
Make weekly improvements based on performance data.
Work alongside AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to rapidly implement ideas and marketing improvements.
Essential Skills
Strong WordPress experience.
Strong Shopify experience.
Elementor experience.
Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Experience with Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4.
Understanding of user experience (UX).
Mobile-first design experience.
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Bonus Skills
Google Tag Manager.
Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
Copywriting for landing pages.

Facebook
Ads knowledge.
Shopify apps and integrations.
WooCommerce.
SEO.

We don't measure success by how attractive a website looks.
We measure success by improvements in:
Conversion rate
Sales
Leads generated
Average order value
Revenue
Customer experience
Every change should have a clear commercial reason.

You should be proactive, analytical and comfortable suggesting improvements rather than waiting to be told what to do.
