**Contract Project: Follow Up Boss & Unbounce Funnel Specialist**

I am a REALTOR® in Canada looking for an experienced contractor to build several lead generation funnels for my real estate business.

This is a one-time contract project, not an ongoing VA position.

**Required Software Experience:**

* Follow Up Boss
* Unbounce

Please do not apply unless you have direct experience using both platforms.

**Project Scope:**

* Build landing pages in Unbounce
* Create lead capture forms
* Integrate Unbounce with Follow Up Boss
* Set up tags, action plans, and lead routing within Follow Up Boss
* Create automated email follow-up sequences
* Upload lead magnets (guides, reports, and checklists)
* Test and troubleshoot the complete lead flow
* Provide short video tutorials or written instructions so I can manage the system myself after completion

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience with Unbounce
* Proven experience with Follow Up Boss
* Experience setting up CRM automations and lead nurturing campaigns
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written English
* Real estate marketing experience preferred

**Compensation:**

* $7.00 CAD per hour
* Hours must be tracked and submitted daily
* Contractor must clock in and out and provide an accurate record of time worked

**Screening Question:**
Please explain how you would connect an Unbounce landing page to Follow Up Boss and create an automated follow-up sequence for new leads.

**Preference will be given to applicants with proven Follow Up Boss and Unbounce experience.**
