We are a boutique creative production company specializing in high-end photography, video content, and social media strategy for corporate and lifestyle brands. Our goal is to deliver visually stunning, engaging content while streamlining production workflows through technology.
We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help coordinate shoots, develop social media content, and optimize our workflow using AI.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Content Scriptwriting & Creative Development
Write structured scripts for short-form social media videos (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
Develop hooks, prompts, wow factors, CTAs, and speaking notes for talent
Include clear videography directions (framing, lighting, wardrobe, gestures)
Include detailed editing instructions for captions, text overlays, music, and pacing
Ensure all scripts are tailored to the client’s brand voice and target audience
Example of style expected:
Reaction Videos: hooks, timestamps, prompts, wow factor, credibility line, visual framing, and editor notes
Fast-paced “listicle” videos with verbal hooks, numbered points, one-liner explanations, and overlay text
Clear step-by-step notes for talent and editor
2. Shoot Coordination
Manage pre-shoot planning: scheduling, location prep, crew coordination, talent reminders
Organize wardrobe, hair/makeup touch-ups, and props
Track deadlines, deliverables, and client approvals
3. Workflow Automation & AI Implementation
Research and implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks (HoneyBook, email follow-ups, file organization, social scheduling)
Optimize project management and internal operations
4. Business Growth Support
Assist with client acquisition by creating proposals, sample scripts, or content concepts
Support outreach and follow-up to secure 3–4 clients per month
Track potential leads and project pipeline

Requirements:
Proven experience in creative content writing for social media
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video formats
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience with HoneyBook or other client management systems
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Zapier, or similar) to automate workflows
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Portfolio of scripts, content plans, or past social media campaigns

Preferred:
Experience in photography or video production coordination
Knowledge of corporate client workflow
Ability to write highly structured scripts with detailed notes for videographers and editors
