Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Writer who can produce high-quality, user-focused content such as FAQs, how-to articles, video scripts, and guides. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and design teams to make complex topics simple, engaging, and actionable.

What You’ll Do
Write clear, concise, and engaging FAQs and help articles.
Develop step-by-step how-to guides and tutorial scripts for product walkthroughs and explainer videos.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to turn written guides into visuals or videos.
Research customer pain points to create content that answers real questions.
Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user education materials.
Optimize content for SEO and readability.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a content writer, instructional designer, or documentation specialist.
Strong ability to simplify technical or complex concepts.
Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
Experience writing FAQs, support content, or product tutorials.
Bonus: familiarity with creating or scripting how-to videos.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Notion, WordPress, Loom, or similar platforms.
Background in UX writing, product documentation, or customer education.
