Banking Accelerator (by rareliquid) is the go-to coaching program for ambitious finance professionals breaking into investment banking and top-tier finance careers. We produce high-quality YouTube content, run a finance podcast, and build an engaged community of aspiring bankers and investors.
We're growing fast and need a sharp, detail-oriented VA who can help us turn raw ideas, interviews, and video scripts into polished content - and keep our content engine running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is a strong fit for someone who's organized, takes initiative, has a good eye for what makes content work, and can write well enough to draft posts that actually sound like a real person.

Responsibilities
- Take our YouTube video scripts and turn them into LinkedIn post drafts (first pass with Claude AI, then adapted to match our writing style and voice)
- Write LinkedIn posts based on new ideas as they come up, or around specific things like a podcast episode or something happening in the industry
- Research podcast guests (bankers, investors, PE professionals, recruiters) and build briefing docs with background info and a tailored set of interview questions, then coordinate sending those to the guest ahead of the recording
- Handle guest outreach and all the admin that comes with it — cold outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, confirmations
- Watch podcast episodes after recording, find the most interesting and engaging parts, and send timestamped notes to the editor
- Find b-roll for YouTube videos and Reels — this includes watching interviews and videos featuring bankers, investors, and finance firms and pulling the strongest clips that work for content
- Schedule and publish posts and short-form video across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram

Requirements
- Strong written English — you can produce clean, human-sounding copy and edit AI drafts until they don't read like AI
- Highly organized with solid async communication — you stay on top of tasks and flag things early without needing to be chased
- Comfortable doing research and turning raw information into clean, structured docs
- Experience supporting a YouTube channel, podcast, or content creator is a plus
- Background or genuine interest in finance is a plus, but strong execution skills matter more

Compensation & Schedule
- $8–$12/hr depending on experience, paid hourly with tracked hours
- 10–20 hours per week, fully remote and async-first
- Flexible schedule — we care about output, not when you're online

This is a part-time contract role with strong potential to grow into something bigger as rareliquid grow as a brand.
